This is a straightforward, top-view racer/shooter from some of the former members of Future Crew, one of the most revered demogroups ever.
Win races by either blasting the opposition to smithereens or outrun them in the old fashioned way, all the while progressing through 6 different cars with tire, engine and armour upgrades. You can also cheat your way out of races by purchasing spiked bumpers, mines and rocket fuel in the black market, or sabotaging opposing vehicles.
The game has a very fast engine (smooth on a decent Pentium 100) which utilizes some 3D, high quality and fast-paced music, and atmosphere.
