Instruction/comment

Unpack the contents of dagdemo1.zip and dagdemo2.zip (found inside dfalldem.zip), then in DOSBox run SETSOUND.EXE to configure the sound devices. Type DAGGER.BAT to play the demo.

To install the earlier demo with the female Spellsword, unpack the contents of dfall1.zip into the same directory where the first demo is installed, overwriting files with identical names.

Description (by MrFlibble)

This is an early playable demo of The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall which is quite different from the final product. You can only play a 16th level male Breton Spellsword in a single dungeon called The Pit of Jagadha. Also included are demonstrations of the Character Generator, Spell Maker, Item Maker and Potion Maker, but custom characters cannot be played with.

A slightly earlier version with a female Breton Spellsword is also available. Please see the installation instructions for more information.
