Game description
Dorf the Destroyer is a side-scrolling arcade platform game that appears to have been inspired by Ghosts 'n' Goblins and similar titles. The player controls the eponymous Dorf, a Viking or possibly Germanic warrior in a horned helmet who battles zombies, walking dead and crows/ravens, presumably on a quest to rid the world of these monstrosities.
Dorf jumps like Mario and throws daggers that appear to be in infinite supply. Other weapons and powerups may be found later on. The player can take a couple of hits from the monsters before losing a life. The first hit will visibly change the character's sprite, leaving him without armour.
The game was developed with DIV Games Studio, and was possibly never completed.
