Description (by MrFlibble)
Infinitris is a Tetris variant with an optional extended set of pieces that includes non-tetromino configurations made of two to five blocks. The user can define the desired set of extra pieces to be used in each playing session, as well as the size of the playing field (registered version only). Similar to Super Tetris, sometimes the game drops bombs instead of regular pieces, which the player may use to strategically clear away some of the blocks. However, unlike Super Tetris, bombs appear randomly and not as a reward for clearing lines of blocks.
Replays of game sessions can be saved and then watched at any time from the main menu. There is no music or sound effects in the game.
The unregistered shareware version only allows to use some of the extensive array of new pieces, and has some other options disabled. Otherwise there are no limitations compared to the registered game.
