Game description

Kerker ("Dungeon") is a puzzle-platformer that is somewhat similar to The TunnelMan, Clyde's Adventure, and also in part certain Boulder Dash variants such as Dot Valley.

The goal of each level is to collect all keys and reach the exit. There are no enemies, but the path is blocked by various static obstacles (like rocks or walls) that can be only blown by dynamite. There's a limited number of dynamite bundles in each level, and the player needs to carefully plan their route to get all keys and exit the level before the time runs out. The game takes a little bit of getting used to, but despite its simple presentation, it's quite fun once you get the hang of it.

The game was originally marketed as shareware, but Idee Software first made both episodes available for free along with the rest of their games, and now you can also download a Windows-native remake of Kerker too (please see the links section below).
