Game description
Chess Tiger is a well-designed and strong chess programme with a Windows-like interface, sleek graphics and many configurable options. It was sold commercially, but a free "Light" version is available as a playable demo.
The game originally came out for the DOS platform, but has been ported to other platforms since, such as Apple devices. Its author Christophe Théron also collaborated with the developer of Rebel Decade Ed Schröder to produce an even more powerful chess engine.
