Game description
Shariki (which means "balls" or "marbles" in Russian) is a simple but very addictive tile-matching puzzle game.
The 8x8 playing field is randomly filled with marbles of different colours. You need to arrange three or more of the same colour in horizontal or vertical lines so that they disappear. The freed up space is immediately occupied by marbles directly above which move down, and new ones appear at the top of the playing field. The player can swap two adjacent marbles, but only when this move results in a row of three or more which will disappear. When there are no valid moves, the game ends automatically.
Considering the random nature of the game, there is no way to win, so the objective is to score as many points as possible before the game ends. The concept proved so popular that Shariki has become widely known as Bejeweled and its numerous variants.
