The Secret of the Pyramid (also known as RA after the game executable) can be best described as a Pharaoh's Tomb fangame. The player controls an adventurer who sets off deep into the pyramid (apparently) in search of treasure, and must avoid all manners of deadly traps and inescapable pits in order to succeed.
Each room/level is exactly one screen large and has a locked door, for which the key must be retrieved to progress further. The game is rather puzzle-like as the player needs to carefully plan the adventurer's moves, so as not to end up in an inescapable pit (some contain diamonds so be careful to to be lured into a trap by them). At the same time, good timing is required to make jumps and avoid the traps.
The game was released as freeware by its author, along with the source code in Turbo Pascal.
